Consultancy — Jim Cheetham

Jim Cheetham has been actively involved with the Internet and UNIX systems since the mid-1980’s, about the same time that Microsoft Windows version 2 came onto the scene. Since the 1990’s Jim has been working in Support, Operations, Pre-Sales Support and Architecture, and has been involved with website application development since the days of the first SSL certificate sold outside the USA (BarclaySquare, a customer of ICL in the UK).

Jim has run a busy Security & Network Operations department servicing multiple high-profile NZ government and business clients for Unisys NZ; has re-engineered and implemented Network Management Systems for Vodafone/Vizzavi; and taken a growing web design agency through office moves and technology changes as IT Manager for Reading Room.
